Ordering and Choosing your Meals

Editing Your Order

  • Need to add a meal, change a customization, or update your address? Shoot us an email at info@kitchfix.com or call us at 312.402.0221. If it’s more than 24 hours before your delivery, we can always accommodate changes. If it’s less than 24 hours, we’ll still do our very best!

  • We get it - things come up, schedules change. If you need to cancel your order, shoot us an email at info@kitchfix.com or give us a call at 312.402.0221. We can issue a full refund if you let us know 24 hours before your delivery slot; if it's later than that, we'll issue you a credit for future use.

Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses throughout Chicago and the suburbs, or you can pick up an order from one of our partner gyms. Please visit our Delivery Area page to see if we deliver to your zip code, or our Hub Map for a list of pick-up gyms.

  • In Chicago, we deliver Sunday evening through Thursday morning. Outside the city, it varies by zip code; shoot us an email at info@kitchfix.com or call us at 312.402.0221 and we’ll be happy to share your schedule.

  • You will receive a text message with your driver's ETA when s/he's on the way to you. You will get another text when your driver has arrived, so you know right when to be available.

  • If you know you won't be home, let us know where to leave the order by adding a note in the Delivery Instructions section on the check-out page.

    Something come up last-minute and you need to step out? Just reply to the text message with instructions on where to leave the order.

  • If our driver can't get in touch with you and doesn't have explicit instructions to leave the order unattended, s/he will continue with the route. We'll be in touch to schedule a redelivery shortly. Usually, we can redeliver the same day or the following morning.

  • Tips are not expected. The delivery fee we charge goes to our drivers!

Pick-Up

  • Please visit our Hub Map page for our most updated list of hubs and their hours.  If you'd like a hub in your area, shoot us an email at info@kitchfix.com.

  • For our partner gyms, the time listed at check-out is when we’ll be delivering the meals there - but you can stop by any time afterwards to grab your order (as long as the gym is open). We drop the meals in a fridge at the gym, so they’ll stay cold and fresh!

    For pick-up from a Kitchfix location, the time window listed at check-out is when we’ll definitely be open and available for pick-up. If you can’t make it during those hours, get in touch and we’ll let you know the next available pick-up time.

  • If you miss picking up your order on the day it was delivered, don’t worry! The hub will keep your order for four days after delivery. Just swing by any time they’re open and pick up your meals. After four days, we give gyms permission to toss the meals, so make sure to pick up as soon as possible.

  • Give us a call ASAP at 312.402.0221! We’ll figure out what went wrong and, if necessary, will deliver the meals to your home or office later that day.

Receiving and Reheating

  • We have a bag reuse program! Simply return it by placing on top of a hub fridge, handing to our driver, or leaving by your door before a delivery.

  • Our meals can be reheated on the stove, in the oven, or in the microwave. Reheating instructions vary per dish and are included on the back of each meal’s sleeve.

  • The containers are microwave-safe. However, we suggest you follow our suggested reheating instructions and use your stove or oven for the most delicious results.

  • The containers are not oven-safe, so be sure to transfer the meal into a pan or dish before heating in the oven.

  • Yes! Our containers are 100% recyclable.

Promo Codes and Gift Cards

  • If you received an online gift certificate, we can convert it to an in-store gift certificate if you’d like. Just give us a call or send us an email with the gift card code, and we’ll make the switch!

  • Sure! The new customer can use the code Welcome30 for $30 off their order. The referring customer just needs to send us the email address of the customer they referred, and we’ll issue them a $30 credit, too.
