One of the reasons people use Kitchfix is to alleviate the burden of cooking and cleaning from their lives. However, some of our customers want even more help – either for a family member, a friend, or themselves. So Kitchfix is launching our Kitchfix Concierge program, which takes our hospitality one step further.

Our concierge program takes it one step further by alleviating the need to remember to place your order, pick your meals, and navigate ingredient lists. After an initial onboarding call, our customer service team will handle all the ordering on your behalf, taking all your needs into account so you’ll never have to wonder “what’s for dinner.”

Price: $50/month

Your Kitchfix Concierge will:

Get to know your communication style, method, and the frequency you’d like us to communicate with you.
Get to know your likes/dislikes and handle placing orders for you weekly or at any frequency you choose.
Be your right hand when it comes to ordering Kitchfix:
- Need more meals this week? Just let us know, and we’ll make the change.
- Want to avoid certain dishes or ingredients or have specific health goals? We’ll work with our Registered Dietician to choose meals on behalf of your needs.
Need to skip a week? No problem, we’ll handle canceling your order up until noon on Friday.

Additional perks built specifically for you; need your order placed later than our cutoff – we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Enrolling in our concierge program is a monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime. The subscription is good for any orders you need to be placed that month and will auto-renew monthly until canceled. Within 24-72 hours of purchase, a Kitchfix customer service representative will reach out to you to set up your orientation so they can place your first order! A portion of the monthly fee will go directly to the customer service representative handling your order.
